Weddings
I have been part of more than a hundred weddings, and I still cry at most of them. Photographs and film together, from me alone or with a second pair of hands I trust and direct. An elopement in Ibiza, a hundred guests in a Sunshine Coast garden, or a week somewhere remote. Whatever shape the day takes, it goes past very fast, and keeping it is the whole of my job.
I often find I become an extra pair of hands for the bridal party. Sometimes I help with your dress, sometimes with the music, and I am always there for support, because I have spent a lot of years around weddings. On the day I try to be invisible. I will pull you aside if I see magical light, or a magical moment worth keeping, but mostly I want to let you live your day, so you never feel a camera on you.
Wherever in the world you are planning to marry, I would love to come to it. Most of my days are here on the Sunshine Coast, in the gardens and on the headlands between Noosa and Caloundra, and some of the dearest ones have been a long flight from home.
