Food & Restaurants
Food is one of my great loves, especially the kind that nourishes: made slowly, shared generously. I photographed food for magazines in Ibiza, I have written healthy menus for restaurants in Australia and Bali, and right now I am shooting my own recipe book. So I know the light a bowl wants, the steam that lasts four seconds, and the way a table looks just before people sit down at it.
If you are a chef, café or restaurant on the Sunshine Coast, a nutritionist or wellness cook launching a recipe book, or a woman whose story is told through what she makes, I would love to photograph and film it with you. Menus, dishes, kitchens, hands at work, and you, in the middle of it all.
